I really wanted to give five stars because they took me in last minute for my wisdom teeth. I’m an out of pocket patient and the pricing was good.Right after my extraction Dr.Yahya elmallah did not tell my family any instructions and just left the second he was done. Now a week later when I came back to express concerns regarding my teeth, he wouldn’t hear me out or explain anything to me.He was shoving his fingers to look in mouth as I was trying to talk then said your fine and dismissed me asap. I felt so uncomfortable. He was rushing or seemed annoyed. Didn’t bother to do a follow up x-ray to look at my concern. Really liked the front desk and assistants were good but wouldn’t go back again after this experience. Thought I had finally found a good dentist office but I guess not.

I had a routine cleaning at Nova Dental on June 11th. The cleaning itself went well, and the hygienist was friendly and did a great job. After the cleaning, however, I was left waiting for the dentist for about 30 minutes. The hygienist came by every 10 minutes or so to apologize and let me know the dentist was busy, which I appreciated, but it didn’t change the fact that I was waiting far longer than I should have. Eventually, I had to leave without ever seeing the dentist. I understand that delays happen, but if the schedule is consistently that backed up, the office should either book fewer patients or add more staff. Patients’ time is valuable too. I paid out of pocket for my visit, so it was especially frustrating to leave without my appointment being fully completed. My first experience here was excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope Nova Dental improves its scheduling because this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Aynoor was a very helpful person. She took really good care of me and explained my whole treatment to me. The front desk staff were really understanding and friendly! Really recommend this dental clinic to any one looking for an excellent dentist and caring staff. 10/10 experience!

.I wish I can rate less than one star.I am incredibly disappointed with this clinic, which I had to switch to due to an insurance change. I went in for a deep cleaning to treat my receding gums, but the hygienist completely ignored the real purpose of my visit. Instead, she spent the entire time making unprofessional comments about the yellowish color of my teeth. She rushed through the process in less than 10 minutes. A standard regular cleaning with my previous dentist took way longer than that. Rushing a specialized medical treatment while pushing cosmetic critiques is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place for actual dental care.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible experience at Nova Dental. I originally booked an appointment for a cleaning and a root canal checkup, but the moment I sat down, the dentist immediately focused only on the root canal without even discussing why I was there. He barely looked in my mouth for a few seconds, didn’t check for cavities, didn’t review anything thoroughly, and quickly started talking about retreating my root canal and sending estimates to my insurance without properly explaining anything to me first. I had to remind the staff myself that I was actually there for a cleaning. Even the assistant looked surprised when I mentioned it. When the hygienist finally came in, the cleaning felt extremely rushed. As someone who used to work in a dental office, I could tell steps were skipped. She was moving so fast that she poked my lip with an instrument and made it bleed. To make matters worse, my chart later stated I received fluoride treatment when I never did. Despite feeling uncomfortable, I still scheduled the root canal retreatment because the dentist insisted it needed to be done. At that visit, things got even worse.
